Unlike all of our other honey, the honey in these 24 oz. filtered honey jars is put through many filters and warmed up to 160 degrees. This will keep the honey from crystallizing as fast, but will removes some of the nutritional properties of honey. We offer this filtered honey for our customers who prefer "Store" bought honey.
