Our golden honey is minimally processed to preserve the quality and flavor in honey that our grandparents knew years ago. This honey has not been highly filtered like much of the honey available commercially today. All the pollens, enzymes, amino acids, phytochemicals, and other nutrients remain in our unprocessed honey to give you the full benefit of this healthy honey. Our bees will fly 55,000 miles and tap 2 million flowers to make just one pound of honey.
