I started on the Hibernation Diet (eating honey before going to be) in January. By the first of July, I had lost 21 lbs! I had dropped from 171 lbs to 150 lbs. Now my wife says I am almost too thin, so I am eating more, but still eating healthy (eliminating much of the refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup from my diet). I still take the honey morning and evening. Taking honey before bedtime gives me the best sleep ever.
