WorldClassEmprise, LLC (WCE) was started in 2006 to promote honey and honey sales in America. Our first initiative was the publication of a U.S. edition of The Hibernation Diet initially published in the United Kingdom by Souvenir Press, Ltd. WCE obtained the exclusive rights to publish the book in the United States. The U.S. edition was released in March of 2007 and included a new introduction by the authors, Mike and Stuart McInnes of Edinburgh, Scotland, a foreword by a U.S. Medical Doctor, and more than 25 pages of scientific data and references in support of the principles behind the diet.
